2019 Brut Sparkling
This delicate sparkling wine was disgorged in March 2025, after spending five years on tirage. It’s comprised of an estate blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.
- Aroma: The nose is both fresh and lively with lemon, brioche, orange, unripe pear, and crisp green apple aromas.
- Palate: The flavor confirms the nose and adds a bright and vibrant touch with fresh spring orange/citrus blossom notes, hay, and faint reminisces of honey. Its delicate, creamy mousse envelops the mid-palate with a persistent finish.
