2023 Red Table Wine
This red blend is comprised of 60% Mourvèdre and 40% Syrah from Elephant Mountain AVA in Washington State. It is over-vintaged entirely in French oak barrels.
- Aroma: Cordials, currents, briar patch, ripe blackberries, cedar, and vanilla scents.
- Palate: Big, earthy red wine complimented by cedar, vanilla, baking spices flavors and a finish like marionberry pie. This wine pairs well with steak, pork, and BBQ. Medium to long finish.
